Connexin are taking the UK's 'Smart Cities' to the next level.
If you are an eager person looking to progress into IT Support, this could be the role for you! Duties can include providing 1st line technical support, maintaining a high degree of customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing 1st line technical support
- Logging all support calls correctly using company systems e.g. Live Chat and SharePoint
- Handling incidents and requests via telephone, email and online chat
- Escalating more complex calls to the relevant support team member
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service
Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.
Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge
- Good communications skills written and verbal
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Be able to work proactively to find solutions
- Confident under pressure
- Be flexible and approachable.
- Be proactive, diligent and resourceful.
- A minimum of Grade 4 in Maths or equivalent is required for this role.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- GBP7,553 per annum
- Monday to Friday - possibly Saturday on a shift rota
- 8 AM - 4 PM or 10 M - 6 PM
- 35 hours per week
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
