Salary: GBP47,500 - GBP50,000 + Excellent Benefits + Car Allowance + Home Working

A leading organisation in the Maidstone area requires a Service Desk Manager to leads its application support teams (1st, 2nd and 3rd Line) that provide organisations with cloud and mobile solutions for the provision of patient care.

This is a senior role reporting directly to the Head of Support and Service Delivery and will have line management responsibility for the Support Manager (Incident Management) and support team. The Service Desk Manager will ensure the support model aligns with the ITIL framework, work with the team to create an effective resource model, ensuring SLA compliance while creating and supporting a 24/7 Service Desk.

Suitable candidates will have the following:

* ITIL Foundation V3 (minimum)
* Substantial experience of working in a Service Desk/Support Environment
* Strong experience of creating Service Desk processes and procedures
* Experience of managing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line application support functions would be highly advantageous as would a working knowledge of the IT health care industry.
* Experience of working with JIRA
* Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
* Management and Resource Allocation
* Supplier Management
