Lead .NET Developer (Security)

Lead Developer, Horsham

Lead ASP.NET Developer, with an interest in application security, is required to manage a small team of developers who are embarking upon a major systems project.

We are looking for a developer with around 3 years management experience and a strong background in building web applications within a test-driven development environment and sound experience of Scrum/Agile. Additionally, you will have experience of application security concepts including the latest OWASP top 10 as well as modern authentication protocols such as OpenId Connect and OAuth2.0.

Web application experience using ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, SQL Server as well as experience of ASP.NET MVC.

As well as strong technical skills you will need to have good line management experience which include carrying out appraisals, 1-2-1s and training and development plans for staff. Working closely with the security and architecture team you will contribute to the development of architectural fundamentals and advancement and play a key role in ensuring an excellent security posture across the system and applications.
