HR IT Service Owner - Service Management, Service Design, Change Management, ITIL, Prince2, ADKAR, LEAN Six Sigma, HR systems, Payroll systems, Timesheet & Attendance systems

My client are looking to take on a permanent HR Service Owner to join their team in Tewkesbury. The role will be taking ownership of what is a currently a fairly immature HR service model with different departments using a range of different timesheet and HR systems in different ways. Your role will be to come in and analyse what is in place currently and look to consolidate these various systems, put together a service model and take ownership of this away from the various entities and centralise this.

They would like this person to start in October and are offering up to GBP58,000pa + annual profit share bonus, private healthcare, generous pension (company doubles your contribution), share options and a good amount of flexibility (a day or so per week from home outside of Covid). This is a great company to work for who do really interesting work, with a tiny staff turnover and who are very stable and secure in these uncertain times.

Skillset/Experience
- Experience of Service Ownership/Management or Change Management within an HR environment
- Experience of working with HR/payroll/timesheet & attendance systems
- Service design/creating roadmaps
- Experience gathering functional & non-functional requirements
- Stakeholder management & ability to influence stakeholders at all levels throughout the business
- Any experience of working in an international organisation in such a role and influencing overseas stakeholders would be hugely beneficial
- Any service/project/change management qualifications would be beneficial but not essential (Prince2, ITIL, PROSCI ADKAR etc)
