HR Manager (Generalist) - Wimbledon, London - Permanent - GBP45,000 - GBP55,000
Our client, a business based in Wimbledon, are looking for a HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for taking the lead in the HR department.
As a HR Manager, you'll be leading two junior members of the HR team. You'll coach them, mentor them and develop them. Prior experience in managing and leading a team is required. In addition to this, you'll have excellent people management skills and ideally be CIPD qualified.
You'll have an excellent understanding of compliance and regulatory, as well as be a strategic thinker who can improve processes/strategies, develop and implement HR structures and act as an advisor to board members.
