Marketing Automation Engineer

This client works in partnership with well-known global enterprise organisations at various stages of marketing maturity, enabling them to execute, strategise and transform their marketing activities.
We are looking for a Technical Marketing Automation specialist, somebody with hands on technical skills, with the ability to work directly with clients, presenting ideas, running workshops etc. This role could be open to Junior candidates as well as Senior Marketing Automation specialists.

The experience we need.

-Have 6 months + or more experience using a marketing automation tool
-Be proficient in HTML and CSS
-Have experience in a marketing environment
-Be proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
-Have the ability to mentor and lead team members
-Be a self-starter with a 'can do attitude', while being able to recognise the limitations of your expertise and seek the support of the team when appropriate
-Be a strong team player, with an enthusiastic/proactive/flexible approach to getting jobs done

The role.

-Set up, testing and execution of digital marketing campaigns involving emails, forms, landing pages
-Data loading, segmentation, distribution lists for digital marketing campaigns
-Producing regular and ad-hoc reports
-Marketing automation systems maintenance
-Working closely with our account and project teams
-Internal and external SME for client marketing campaigns

The company.

This business are based in Reading, although the role will be working from home for the foreseeable future, so welcome applicants from all parts of the UK, as long as you are commutable to Reading at least once a month.

What youll get in return.

The salary for this role is flexible, as we are looking at Graduates up to senior Marketing Automations specialists.
