PT Purchasing Administrator, Barton upon Humber, hours Mon - Fri 9am - 3pm, Excellent salary.
Our client is a successful company based in Barton Upon Humber who have a brand new role for a Part Time Purchasing Administrator.
Working within the small but very busy purchasing office and reporting to the purchasing Manager the Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for;
* Ensuring incoming stock is processed onto the trading system accurately and efficiently
* Using in-house software to import purchase specifications electronically
* Accurately check all documentation from overseas suppliers to ensure they conform to contractual terms
* Raising and amending purchase orders to reflect supplier documentation
* Preparing pack labels for all incoming stock to aid traceability
* Creating orders for further processing
We are looking for an individual who has worked in an Administration role involving a great deal of numerical and alpha data inputting and who has had to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
You should be computer literate, with a good understanding of Microsoft office and in particular demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft excel.
You should have a 'can do' attitude and a commitment to resolving issues as and when they arise and be a strong team player.
