(Shift-Pattern) = Monday to Friday

(Salary) = GBP38,000 per Annum & Opportunity for Overtime

(Location of Position) = South London and Surrounding Areas

A nationally recognised and leading Facilities Management Service Provider within the Maintenance Sector are in search of an experienced Electrical Engineer to conduct specialized works and provide maintenance support toward a number of Commercial contracts situated within South London and Surrounding Areas

This is an astonishing position for an individual of whom may be seeking the chance take ownership toward a Commercial portfolio of Multi-Tenanted Offices

The Role

• Hands-on maintenance engineering to be conducted toward the portfolios Electrical and Mechanical Plant in order to keep full functionality of the buildings systems within each site
• Maintenance tasks shall further be required to be directed toward the Electrical & Mechanical assets contained within each site of works within the portfolio
• Responding efficiently as of when required to emergency breakdowns occurring on-site as well as reacting swiftly toward any further electrical or mechanical faults that may arise
• Hands-off duties of maintaining accurate planned maintenance records & keeping all relevant documentation both valid & in-date
• Always ensuring compliance with the relevant health and safety requirements whilst adhering to best working practices at all times

The Requirements

• Valid Full UK Drivin g License

• Previous experience within Building Services or Facilities Management is highly ideal

• Previous experience working within a Commercial or Corporate or Critical Environment

• Previous experience within an Electrical Maintenance role is mostly beneficial

• Electrical of either C&G or NVQ

• Electrical Certification of IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

• Electrical Certification of City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (2365)
