Smart Solutions are working with an industry leader in their field of electronics who are looking for experienced Solderer join their busy team at their site in Baglan.
As a Solderer, you will be working as part of a team and it will be your responsibility to produce an array of products to an extremely high spec. Own transport is preferred due to the location.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8 am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 2pm
Additionally, successful candidates will have the following skills and experience to thrive in this role including;
* Excellent Dexterity
* Quality minded with the ability to follow specifications and procedure
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks whilst ensuring product quality is maintained at all times
* Flexible approach
* Good Communication skills - verbal and written
* A hardworking, positive and enthusiastic attitude
* The ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
* Able to interpret and follow documentation
* Experience of working in a clean room environment would be desirable but not essential
