Marketing & Internal Sales

Part Time: 9am - 1pm (Monday to Friday but Flexible)
Start: Immediate

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage social media, blogs and all other digital communications
Manage website/social/google adwords analytics
Manage monthly/weekly marketing activities
Prepare marketing activity/SEO reports for monthly sales meetings
Co-ordinate marketing activities with our external marketing agency, JDR
Update and manage our marketing platform, Hubspot, including CRM, website, etc
Organise trade show/exhibitions/open days
Organise branded promotional items
Support the external regional sales managers
Produce and follow up quotations
Targeted regional eshots
Customer branded marketing materials
Organise and manage mail shots
Organise promotional literature
Liaise with our sales and marketing colleagues in our sister company in Italy, Trime srl
Liaise with our marketing agency in Italy
Carry out market research on target customers/sectors
Answer telephone calls from potential customer
Key Competencies
Excellent communication skills
Time management
Organised
High energy levels
Self-motivation
Proficient in Microsoft office, word, excel powerpoint, and experience of CRM systems
