Role: Product Manager
Salary: Up to GBP40K depending on experience
Location: Sheffield (with some remote working possibly 2/3 days)

The role:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Product Manager to design and oversee the development of all aspects of the digital platform.
Duties and responsibilities
* Responsible for defining, prioritising, planning, and driving the execution of the product vision for existing and future product lines
* Owning the product experience and feature set, acting as the product evangelist to build awareness with internal and external stakeholders
* Gathering, analysing, and prioritising features based on feedback from colleagues
* Creating and managing product strategies, roadmaps, project plans and product specifications
* Creating detailed product requirements, specifications, business rules, UI/UX wireframe for various user cases with a help of experienced team members
* Coordinating closely with the engineering team to schedule sprints and oversee feature releases
* Conduct extensive testing to optimise the product, ensure delivery of the best user experience the product can possibly offer.
* Integrate product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis to shape product initiatives
The successful candidate:
* A passion for delivering engaging slick user interfaces and experiences
* 4+ years product management or product design experience, particularly the development of B2C websites and/or mobile apps
* Experience with creating intuitive user experiences through wireframes and mock-ups
* Knowledge of the modern product design methodologies
* Demonstrated track record of driving product development through research, planning, implementation, launch, analysis, and iteration cycles
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills with an outstanding sense for business opportunities
