IT Service Desk Manager
Our client have an exciting opportunity for a IT Service Desk Manager to join their team based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP38,000 depending on experience

IT Service Desk Manager - Requirements:
- Proven skills in leading a Service Desk team
- Strong documentation skills, specifically around documenting technical processes
- Leadership and mentoring skills, through team development and training plans
- Technical/Operational experience in a IT support environment
- Minimum 3+ years of working with an IT managed service provider
- You should have excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to lead by example
- Professional attitude and commitment to the coaching and mentoring of Support Technicians
- The capability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Flexible in working arrangements to meet the needs of the business
- Experience with ITSM systems, Autotask, IT Glue, Continuum
- Full driving licence
IT Service Desk Manager - Responsibilities
- Create, develop and own, all Standard Operating procedures
- Development and enforcement of technical standards, systems, policies, and procedures
- Focus on continual service improvement initiatives
- Management of the IT helpdesk environment, its performance, call management and efficiency whilst maintaining high service standards
- Develop working practice with the support team to provide a high level of user support based on principles of first time fix
IT Service Desk Manager - Skills:
- You will have good knowledge of Windows Workstations Hardware
- Experience supporting Microsoft software (Windows, Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Server etc.)
- Good cybersecurity knowledge
- Good understanding of the Network Stack (TCP/IP)
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework
- Microsoft 365 Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Formal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs massively advantageous
IT Service Desk Manager - The Package:
- Working hours will be 40 hours a week during standard business hours (Monday - Friday, between 8am - 5pm UK time)??
- Package dependent on experience??
- 20?days annual leave
