Our client, an international Health and Fitness company are looking for a driven and talented individual to join their growing team as a German speaking EMEA Technical Support Representative/Customer Services to assist their German market.
The Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing technical support to EMEA distributors, authorised service providers; ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing superior customer service. The ideal candidate must be able to speak fluent German. This is a customer services position which requires previous experience within a customer service or customer support role.
Key Duties:
* As a Technical Support Representative, you will ensure optimum customer satisfaction by working towards continual improvement of service quality metrics including, but not limited to telephone response time, time to resolve an issue, and timely closure of Support Incidents
* Coordinate parts shipments, verify warranty status, and create field service work orders.
* Answer technical questions and troubleshooting service-related activities on fitness equipment for customers directly or indirectly, through the support of authorised service providers, and dealers.
* Assists in input to knowledge base (problem/solution) system
* Generate revenue by up-selling parts and service agreements.
Skills Required:
* Excellent customer interface skills.
* Strong Technical troubleshooting ability.
* Data entry efficiency.
* Good mechanical skills.
* Excellent attendance record.
* Familiarity with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Oracle experience a plus.
* Good level of education.
