A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and thriving company based in the Harrogate area. You will be responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries and providing information on a range of products and services.
Responsibilities will include:
* Handing both incoming and outbound calls from customers
* Discussing detailed product options over the telephone and via email
* Sending out quotations and following them up
* Providing excellent customer service and asking relevant questions to obtain the correct information
* Logging all information on internal CRM system
* Influencing and negotiating
* Onboarding new customers
* Working as part of a close and supportive team and the wider organisation
You should have exceptional listening and relationship building skills whilst being motivated, well organised and want to thrive within a professional environment. You must also be IT literate and have a high level of MS Outlook skill (email, Word, Excel).
The salary is between GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits.
The working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
