Property Manager / Block Manager - part home based (office in Borehamwood) - up to GBP45k

My client is a relatively new start up headed by prominent industry figures with considerable financial backing.

Offering a COMPLETELY FRESH approach to the accepted block management model, they have grown considerably since their launch counting some of the UK's most prized developments and housebuilders as key clients with a similarly impressive pipeline going forward.

As a result, they now require a Property Manager / Block Manager to oversee a Block Portfolio as follows:

• Mainly Freehold estates, 500 homes at the moment and growing
• Prestigious house builder client / phased release high end new build (gardens/landscaping/gyms etc)
• Portfolio is in the Essex area

The suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will spend 2-3 days per week in the office, the rest from home/site and will have the ability to manage very challenging residents/clients with high expectations.

In addition, the successful property manager / Block Manager must be able to conduct meetings and deal with challenging questions as well as undertake the full range of property manager duties from Service Charge oversight through to insurance provision and S20 major works.

Remuneration for the right Property Manager /Block Manager will stretch up to GBP45k to start with additional benefits and ongoing reviews.
