Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently in search of a Customer Assistant to join a reputable and friendly company in the East Grinstead area
Duties:
* Sending out quotes to customers
* Dealing with customer enquiries via the telephone and email
* Processing orders using the company computer system
* Following up with customers after sales have been made
* Dealing with walk-in customers
Specific Skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
* You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service at all time and not afraid to go above and beyond for the customer
* Have the ability to stay calm during busy periods and remain collected in pressurised situations
* You must be organised with good time management skills
* Previous experience of using company IT systems would be ideal - the ability to quickly learn new systems
* You will be willing to work ad part of a team
This is a Monday - Friday role (No weekends)
NB: To be considered for this role you must have access to your own transport
Salary of GBP19K - GBP22K DOE
