The Role
The role is based in Cambridge and will report into the Operations Manager. The role will include focusing on compliance, quality assurance, staff management, and service delivery across the region. Due to company expansion there will be various progression opportunities within the organisation.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background within care and have a passion for person centred, individualised care. They will be highly organised and have outstanding communication skills. You will be a confident leader and have an ambitious nature.
Essential Requirements
- Must be a car driver
- Must have NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Must have a problem solving attitude
- Must have previous experience of working with a service rated Good or above
