PA to the Headteacher

Permanent/Term Time

37 hours per week, term time, plus 5 additional days per year

Grade G - Salary Range £18,541 - £23,514pa (pay award pending)

(reduced pro rata to £15,859 - £20,112pa – actual salary)

Salary paid for 44.6 weeks per year (increasing after 5 years’ service)

Start date: As soon as possible

The Roseland Multi-Academy Trust currently consists of three secondary and two primary schools.  The Trust’s vision is “Where Everyone Succeeds” and we put our staff at the heart of everything we do to create a team spirit in our highly successful schools.

The Roseland Academy is looking to appoint a PA to the Headteacher.  The successful candidate will provide confidential assistance to the Headteacher including undertaking a full range of secretarial and administrative duties and ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Headteacher’s office and daily business.

The successful candidate will be based at The Roseland Academy in Tregony but may be required to work at other schools within the Trust.  They should be committed to and support the vision and values of the school and Trust.  The PA to the Headteacher must demonstrate loyalty, flexibility, professionalism and high standards.  There is an expectation to use initiative and good judgement.
