You will play a key role in maintaining the reputation of our organisation by delivering a high-quality service where all needs are catered for.
The Role
As a Shop Assistant, you will help the Shop Manager to deliver a high-quality school shop and reception facility.
In this varied role, you will sell new and used uniforms and accessories via our online shop, as well as directly to pupils, parents and staff at both our Senior School and Prep School.
Some of your duties will include:

- Liaising with School Admissions to book appointments for new pupil uniform fittings
- Advising parents on school dress regulations and assisting them with purchases
- Helping with product enquiries and returns
