TQR are working in partnership with a well know Bar and bistro based on the outskirts of Bodmin, looking for an experienced Assistant manager to support the general manager in the day to day running of the operation.
As a F&B Assistant Manager you will be required to:
* Manage all of the front and back of house staff in the absence of the general manager
* Managing stock takes, P&L, GP's and labour ratios
* Providing a 5* experience to all customers
* General knowledge of recruitment process training of new staff
* HR management
* Working various shift patterns between the hours of (Apply online only)
To apply:
* Management experience to include, Recruitment and Financial forecasting/ planning
* Previously worked in the Catering industry
* Able to work various shift patterns that include weekends and bank holidays
* Can commit to a 12 month contract
* Commutable travelling distance to bodmin / tintagel
* Car driver with own transport
In return the Assistant Manager will be offered a permanent contract, immediate start where applicable, great salary package, Carer progression and excellent bonus scheme!! Please note there is no live in option for this position
