Prep Production Manager

Just FMCG are currently recruiting for a well known food manufacturer in the Norfolk area. We are looking for an experienced Prep Production Manager for a protein environment.

The successful candidate will;

• Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.
• Create and manage production schedules.
• Manage ordering and resources.
• Oversee production equipment and it's maintenance.
• Ensure high quality standards are met.
• Monitor production and ensure continuous improvement.
• Liaise with other departments on production progress and challenges.
• Meet health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Liaise with other departments on implementing policies and procedures.
• Manage the department staff and their performance.
• Have experience of managing teams in an FMCG environment.
