The Company

Our client is a leading property specialist in Leeds with an ethos of honesty and transparency. Primarily working in investment property sales, they work right across the UK and overseas connecting high net worth individuals with off-plan properties for buy-to-let purposes.

They are now looking for a Sales Executive / Investment Consultant to join their team in the heart of Leeds.

- Uncapped commission scheme (year one realistic earnings of £53,800+, year two realistic earnings of £92,200+, average commission of £800 per sale)

The Role

As a Sales Executive / Investment Consultant, you will be tasked with engaging with ‘warm’ clients and providing a professional consultation service to meet their property investment needs.

Hot and warm leads are provided every day to the Sales Team and you will also deal with inbound enquiries as well as making outbound calls to unresponsive leads.

Our client will equip you with the knowledge you need to pitch the best option to your client, build urgency and follow-up your calls with tailored emails.

Your role will also involve:

- Closing sales via the phone, email, WhatsApp and occasionally face-to-face meetings
- Consulting and handling objections with confidence
- Creating urgency without appearing pushy

About You

To be considered as a Sales Executive / Investment Consultant, you will need:

- At least two years’ experience in a sales role
- The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- The ability to compose professional and literate emails

Knowledge or experience in buy-to-let property would be beneficial to your application. Experience in closing sales to high net worth clients would also be highly advantageous.

This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week plus alternate Saturdays from 9.30am – 2.30pm.
