Customade is a manufacturer and supplier to trade of uPVC and aluminum windows, doors, conservatories and skylights. We are looking to appoint a Group Marketing Manager to join the team based at Stonehouse, where you will manage the delivery of marketing activities for a number of brands across a variety of digital and offline channels, in a fast paced B2B environment.
Marketing Manager role:
* To develop a strategic marketing plan for each brand that clearly articulates the positioning, and which differentiates our products and services in that market
* Design and deploy successful marketing campaigns overseeing implementation from ideation to execution
* Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
* Creation of annual, quarterly and monthly campaign spend and sales forecasts, and the day-to-day management of the marketing budget.
* Produce relevant reports for senior management and the Board, summarising activity and demonstrating profit and return on investment improvement
* Source new advertising opportunities, and to oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures, adverts and case studies
* Own and manage the Group's website strategy, developing and optimizing content and user experience to improve funnel metrics.
* Monitor and report on competitor activity.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience and demonstrable success as a Marketing Manager in a fast paced manufacturing / trade supply environment is essential
* Specific experience gained within the fenestration or building products industry is highly advantageous
* Experience of multi-channel marketing, creating and implementing campaigns simultaneously using digital channels including email, web, social media and third parties
* Demonstrable project management / campaign management experience, ideally with product management and communications expertise
* The successful candidate will ideally have a technical and analytical mindset to translate data into meaningful information and actions, be a creative thinker who can conceptualise ideas into promotional tools, is highly articulate and has superb attention to detail skills
* Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and meet competing demands
* A professional qualification such as CIM, IDM or similar is desirable
