QA Technician
Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a specialist manufacturing and distribution company who are recruiting for a QA Technician to support them during their peak time. This role would suit a recent graduate with a Science based qualification. You must be a good communicator and be able to work in a busy environment.
This is a full time 38 hours per week role, working on a rotated shift pattern, including overnights and some weekends. This is an ongoing temporary role.
Key duties and responsibilities include;
• Testing raw materials, various products and finished goods
• Maintenance of the Quality Systems and procedures
• Performing calibration tests
• General laboratory maintenance
• Ordering of consumables
• Dealing with quality issues within Manufacturing
• Working in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations
• Reporting and liaising with the QA Team Leader & QA Manager
