I am looking for a service desk administrator to join my client based in Peterborough for an initial 3 month fixed term contract.
- The role requires you to log email's that come in for the team accurately, categorise and assign them to the correct resolving teams
- Run daily reports
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to log and chase tickets
- Allocate and send out hardware
- Identify process improvements
Due to the urgency of the contract you will be either immediately available or available on short notice, having the following skills;
- Highly customer service focussed
- Keen attention to detail
- Self motivated
