Strategy Education are looking for two support staff to work with KS3 pupils with EHCP's who based in a school in North Essex.
Both of these roles are contracts one is from September 2020 through to December 2020 and the other is from September 2020 through to April 2021.
With your experience in Behaviour Management / SEN / SEMH/ Autism you could help young people reach their full potential.
You will need to be a reflective practitioner with -
* Excellent knowledge of the needs of SEN children and how best to support them.
* Relevant training in SEN needs is desirable but not essential.
* Some knowledge about a range of interventions and their impact on meeting the needs of children with an EHCP.
* Proven abilities in supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
