About the Role
An Amazing Opportunity has arisen to join Wincanton Screwfix Distribution Centre. As a Warehouse Operative you'll report directly to the Warehouse Team Manager. This role offers variety to ensure we achieve and excel customer expectations. You'll deliver KPI's both productively and accurately to ensure we deliver a seamless journey for our customer whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety within the Warehouse Operation.
To ensure we meet our customer expectations you'll work on rotating shifts covering: 06.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00 M-F including occasional weekends.
About you
Ideally, you'll have worked in a Warehouse environment previously and have a good understanding of how a Warehouse operation is run. But don't worry if you don't have the experience, we provide a comprehensive Training Programme to ensure you have everything you need to get started, including Manual Handling and much more.
