Berry Recruitment continue to work in partnership with some of Cornwall's most iconic hospitality businesses, and we now seek an Assistant Manager to join an award winning Pub/Restaurant located in the Padstow area

As Assistant Manager you'll work closely with Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire a large front of house team. You'll possess a true passion for the hospitality industry and have previous experience in a similar role working with a large team.

Most importantly, you'll be an ambassador for the business, with the ability to demonstrate excellent company knowledge through your passion for food, drink and top tier service.

You'll be approachable and honest, a real team player and you'll set aside time for your own development as well as the development of your team.

Key areas of your expertise will be demonstrated in the following:

Supporting with the running of the restaurant whilst maintaining a relaxed and informal style
Delivering the highest standard of service and demonstrating the ability to wow our guests
Motivating your team by providing excellent support and training
Inspiring confidence in your team by listening to feedback and making improvements
Reviewing customer feedback, communicating to the team and rewarding as appropriate
