PMI Retail Stores provide a hub to promote the IQOS brand through interactions between legal age smokers, legal age users and brand retail personnel. This unique environment is designed to bring the product assortment to life and create an impactful and memorable experience, along with the opportunity for a smoker to embrace a better alternative to smoking cigarettes and to build a smokefree future.
In an IQOS store's fast-paced and innovative environment, IQOS Experts passionately deliver exceptional consumer experience and convert adult smokers to IQOS. IQOS Experts provide support and education to adult smokers at the IQOS store. Beyond consumer interaction, IQOS Experts are expected to monitor store housekeeping and complete tasks to ensure the IQOS stores are always impeccably presented and consumer-ready. IQOS Experts work collaboratively with each other and assisting others where required, fostering a fun and creative working environment.

Customer centricity:
- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of IQOS
- Educate adult smokers about IQOS and conduct a guided trial of IQOS products
- Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization & after-sales services
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with IQOS consumer-centric principles
Retaining the highest standards:
- Execute retail store operations adhering to IQOS Direct Retail Store Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to: inventory management, store readiness and store presentation standards
- Follow GCP's and all provided standards and never compromise on them as well as quality of service delivered to the consumer.
- Support colleagues in following all standards
- Ensure delivery of set KPI targets (e.g. consumer satisfaction score), focusing primarily on conversion of adult smokers
- Warm character and enthusiastic personality
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant consumer-facing experience e.g. service-led, hospitality, customer care or retail experience
- Knowledge of retail or business systems (e.g. POS, MS Office etc.)
- English fluency or proficiency
