Temporary Customer Service Advisors (Temp to Perm opportunities)
Glasgow based
GBP9.50 per hour
35 hours per week working 5 days over 7
Must be fully flexible as shift patterns are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
Start Date - Wednesday 23rd September 2020 - from 7am start
CCA Recruitment are looking for Customer Service Advisors handle inbound calls from customers.
Some of the people you talk to may have valid concerns and so the ability to relay information is very important. You will deal with a range of people of varying ages, therefore the ability to adapt your method of communication, to meet individual needs, is essential.
For this role you will have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to positively control your calls, whilst displaying empathy and patience always.
Please note a Criminal Conviction check will be completed as part of your background checks.
