Mobile Phone Repair Technicians
We currently have some fantastic opportunities for Mobile Phone Repair Technicians to join our clients expanding team based at their site in Newcastle-Under-Lyme
Our client is a large, well established mobile repair company, based in Staffordshire renowned for providing a first-class service, which centres around quality control, repair services and configuration & customisation
Location - Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire
REQUIREMENTS : Responsible for the testing, diagnosis and repair of a daily quota of electronic devices to an exacting standard.
?? Repairs to include the replacement of mechanical components on electronic devices.
?? Able to use designated repair tools and follow strict guidelines on processes.
?? Must be able to hit strict KPI's and TAT's while maintaining a high-quality standard.
?? Accurately record all work completed within internal systems using manual processes and scanning equipment.
?? Work with skill and care to reduce parts failure and therefore lower financial impact.
?? Following best practice stock handling processes all times and maintaining stock integrity.
?? Feedback to Team Leaders any issues or delays to work so they can be resolved, and the customer's expectation managed.
?? Respects business and Customer confidentiality.
?? General housekeeping in Repair Centre to ensure high standards are consistently maintained.
?? Must be flexible with overtime when required.
?? Contribute to a safe working environment and raise health and safety concerns in a timely manner.
YOU MUST:
?? Familiar with make-up and workings of android devices
?? Attention to detail.
?? Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and customers.
?? Enjoys working in a deadline driven environment.
?? Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
HOURS : - Mon - Friday - 8.15 am to 4.45 pm - x 2 15 min breaks - half hour lunch - unpaid- 37.5 hours paid
PAY RATES:
Pay between - GBP9.07 p/h to GBP10.14 p/h based on experience
