Due to a busy period, our client is looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis. Our client is a leading property services company offering outsourced solutions to estate agents, private landlords, property managers and social housing providers.

As the internal recruiter, you will be responsible for managing high volume of applications, sourcing and pre-screening candidates over the phone. This role provides a mix of internal recruitment and HR administration activities. To be successful for this role you must be confident and a natural communicator, you must have experience working in a high a high-volume environment.

You must have previous internal or agency recruitment experience.

Job description:

* Advertise roles using standard job description templates on a variety of recruitment portals

* calling leads generated from recruitment campaign and selling the self-employed role

* Conduct telephone/video interviews with candidates

* Liaise with internal departments to identify areas for improvement on reports and feedback to candidates

* Ensure effective communication is maintained with candidates throughout the process

* Set up and send successful candidates to the diary team and SEPPS

* Assist with the recruitment attraction strategy

* Dealing with the onboarding process

* Arranging all necessary training

* Carry out any other task required

Person Specification

* Good customer service skills putting our candidates at the centre of the process

* Confident telephone manner

* Strong negotiator and influencer

* Able to deal with difficult conversations

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between operating hours of 8.30am & 6pm
