Multiskilled Air Con & Electrical Engineer
Glasgow - Edinburgh
GBP32,000 - GBP34,000 Per annum.
Mainstay have an exciting opportunity to join a leading FM service provider. They are offering a great package with regular support and career progression. As an AC & Electrical engineer you will be covering commercial retail contracts across Scotland, mainly focused across Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Role
* Air Conditioning and Electrical Engineer covering Edinburgh and Glasgow and surrounding areas
* You will be conducting regular PPM and reactive work
* Servicing of AC equipment across all the retail sites
* Installation work across the contracts, commissioning and First time Fix
* You must produce detailed reporting, ensuring compliance
* You will be working closely with the clients and management teams on sites to ensure standards are high across all locations
* General maintenance work when required

* A leading Facilities Management service provider who offer great support and stability during these uncertain times. They specialise in Mechanical and Electrical building services across commercial contracts/sites.
Candidate
* Previous experience within a similar environment an advantage with FM service provider background
* Air Conditioning & Electrical qualifications such as 17th or 18th edition
* G3 unvented Hot Water
* Other trade skills highly desirable
* Strong work ethic and desire to progress and build on existing experience
* Must be a good team player and able to work on their own or part of a larger team
* Excellent customer facing skills
* Good communication both verbal and written
* Full UK drivers' licence
