This company fabricate engineering products for the construction of buildings. They are very well established and always taking on new work so are looking for people who will grow with the company. They are always investing in new equipment and modernising their techniques as well as focussing on health and safety of their staff in order to provide an enjoyable working environment.

In this role you will be hands on assisting the production of a broad range of technical products. You will receive excellent on the job training which will broaden your skills base and teach you a trade in which you can develop fantastic technical skills. You will be trained on a variety of equipment and external training is available for excellent candidates that have a strong work ethic and good performance.

The ideal candidate will have a hands on manufacturing/ production background and be looking to join a company who are well known for looking after their staff.

The Role:

• Reading drawings to create finished products
• Efficient and accurate measuring of timbers to meet specifications
• Hands on work to produce high quality products
• GBP20,000 (OTE GBP26,000) + Training + Benefits + Overtime

• Strong work ethic

• Commutable to Fleet
