An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the most recognised recruitment organisations in the world. I am looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Team Leader with atleast 3 years managerial experience in the Education Recruitment Sector. This role will involve establishing the education division of the business from a standing start so will require a strong network and understanding on the contract education market as well as significant experience in a 360 recruitment consultant position.
The company are already on frameworks with local authorities and central government and have a highly reputable brand which provides a strong foundation to build the division on. This is a strategic role for a highly competent billing team leader to build a legacy and grow the team with a view to split the market amongst further consultants under your management.
You will need a strong candidate and client network, proven track record of previous success in the Education recruitment sector, and the knowledge/experience of billing whilst managing a team. This role is ideal for someone in a Team Leader/Branch Manager position who is looking for the next step up in their career. This will be a billing role with management responsibilities as the desk becomes more successful. Ideally you will come from a contract background in education recruitment.
There are many incentives in place to reward your performance, such as all expensed top performer trips abroad, weekly/monthly team nights out, and annual bonus.
