Are you an experienced in working within a customer service environment? Are you confident in dealing with telephone enquiries from the public, professionals and partner agencies? Are you confident in Microsoft Office packages and competent IT skills?

Hooray are proud to partner with the local authority to assist in the recruitment for a Customer Service Advisor in Tiverton.
You will be based within the Customer Service Centre. A busy and fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be tasked with dealing with telephone enquiries from a variety of customers.
Previous experience of working within a customer service role is essential along with a professional telephone manner.
You must also be competent in IT skills and have a proven ability to work with a range of Microsoft Office packages, databases and the ability to successfully navigate various search functions online.
This is a full time temporary vacancy starting asap until the 31st March. We are offering an excellent hourly rate of GBP10.14 per hour.
