I am seeking Customer Service Call Handlers for a facilities, repairs and maintenance specialist located in Dereham.
This exciting opportunity has arisen due to an increase in workload and we envisage this position lasting between 6-9 months but could potentially go permanent for the right candidate with the right attitude.
Responsibilities-
Answering a very busy switch board and speaking with customers in a polite and professional manner.
Answering any customer queries and providing them with relevant and up to-date information.
Logging any issues correctly onto the CRM system and identifying what works are needed to be carried out.
Monitoring customer emails and responding to an appropriate time frame.
Advising customers of next steps and obtaining any further information needed for these works to be carried out by engineers.
Requirements-
Experience in working in a very busy call centre or dealing with high volumes of calls.
The ability to deal with customers that are worried or seem upset.
Competent in computer software and various Microsoft packages & CRM systems.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Hours and Details-
37.5 hrs Mon-Friday
Working in plush offices with amenities nearby.
