About The Role
Senior Recruiter - FTC 12 months

EKFB on search for a Senior Recruiter to join a new formed team to support the mobilisation of a major Construction project. The role will involve identifying needs, attracting candidates and managing the recruitment process. Ensure all candidates and stakeholders receive a positive experience.
Proactively sourcing new candidates from a range of sources including jobsites and social media.
Co-ordinate the recruitment process including raising requisitions, writing and posting adverts, searching for candidates and arranging interviews.
Screening candidates to understand what roles they are interested in, their salary expectations and availability.
Stakeholder management - build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners & other HR teams.
Use our recruitment system to manage the recruitment process, ensuring the system is up to date.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to contribute towards identifying and implementing improvements to our processes.
Assist in the organisation and co-ordination of specific recruitment events as required.About The Candidate
• Ability to directly source candidates.
• Experienced in high volume recruitment, preferably having worked either within an internal recruitment team or a leading recruitment organisation. Ideally in Technical and Engineering sector.
• Good understanding of employment law as it relates to recruitment and selection.
• Proven ability to source candidates through strong telephone skills.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills - verbal (telephone and in-person) and written.
• Confident user of MS Office, especially MS Excel, candidate tracking systems and social media tools.
• Experience of using social media as a recruitment tool
• Able to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent time management and co-ordination skills - ability to prioritise workloads to ensure end to end delivery.
