Full-Time Retail Stock Controller & Administrator  

Nicholas Wylde is recognised to be one of the leading designer jewellers in the South West specialising in delivering stunning individual pieces of jewellery and providing a highly reputable standard of service.

We are looking for Stock Controller and Administrator to join our talented team at our award-winning store in Bath. The candidate must have good knowledge of the jewellery trade, be computer literate, well organized, and a good communicator.  

The role would involve managing the stock system, entering all new stock into head office, and distributing to our two stores. Quality control of all new stock and communicating with the suppliers will be undertaken where needed, as well as creating and analysing daily and weekly reports to assist the managers in maintaining the correct levels of stock. The successful candidate will also assist in purchasing some stock and to be involved in the buying process.  

This is a five-day position from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday with a regular day off during the week. It would be based in the Bath shop but could involve visiting the Bristol store on occasion.

The ideal candidate would show passion for the jewellery trade, drive to maintain the stock keeping system to a high standard and bring forward ideas to help deliver the role at it’s full potential.
