An exciting opportunity to join the Payroll Team at Watkin Jones Plc. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be actively involved in the processing of one weekly and three monthly payrolls. You will extract and review weekly timesheet data, process new starter and leaver information, ensuring tax code changes, student loan arrangements are all entered onto our payroll system, working to strict deadlines, in accordance with statutory, legislative and contractual obligations.

You will also assist the Team in processing employee expenses claims via our company online expenses system, working to strict deadlines to ensure the efficient and reliable processing of a fortnightly payment cycle.

About You

We’re looking for a meticulous and highly organised individual who has significant experience of working in a payroll environment, ideally holding a recognised payroll qualification. We’d also like you to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel, and payroll software.
