I am looking for a HR assistant, ideally from the residential or housing sector, for a minimum of 3 months to join my clients based in Durham. They have agile working and the option to work from home, they follow all government guidelines are looking for addition support within the HR Team.

Duties & Responsibilities;

Provide comprehensive administration support across the HR function and contribute to continuous service improvements within the section.
Assist in the day to day management of the HR inbox and all related queries.
Assist in the new starter, changes and leavers HR and payroll processes and prepare relevant correspondence/documentation where appropriate.
Support the recruitment and selection process as and when required.
Administer internal training correspondence including booking of rooms, distribution of joining instructions and training material as well as collation of course attendees.
Support the corporate induction process.
To establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal colleagues and external partners and contacts
To administer and utilise the people database to ensure information is up to date and accurate. This includes regularly running standard reports to enable analysis and insight into people data and information
Administer the payment process for HR related invoices.
To support the company to provide value for money, equality of opportunity and continued improvement.
Manage health and safety issues in your area of responsibility in line with the relevant section(s) of the relevant Health and Safety Policy.
Comply with Group confidentiality and information security policies at all times.Requirements

Degree qualified or equivalent
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
