Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our client based in Trowbridge. This position is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, working Monday- Friday working 8.00am - 5pm.
The successful Quality Supervisor will be responsible for:
Monitoring the teams productivity to ensure key deadlines and business objectives are met
Co-ordinate the teams day to day duties and delegate them to team
Ensuring the team are train to their specific role, co-ordinating job rotation and cross-training to further develop the team
Suggesting and implementing improvements
Keeping management informed by providing activity updates and reports
As an experienced Quality Supervisor you should be able to evidence the following skills:
Experience in a supervisory role
Have a Grade C GCSE or above in Maths and English
