Preceptorship Nurse - Male Adult Acute
Patient Care Type: Male Mental Health Acute Unit
Location: Near to Crawley, Surrey
Salary: GBP24000 - GBP30000 per annum- negotiable depending on your experience
Hours: Full Time, Part Time, Flexible working options available

Further Details : Are you a newly qualified Nurse looking for advancement? I'm looking for Qualified Mental Health Nurses (RMN) OR Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD), Registered with the NMC for positions within our brand new Mental Health Unit based near to Crawley in Surrey
Our Hospital already has a 52 bed Male Medium Low Secure service however we are opening our new 28 bed Adult Acute service based at the same site this year 2020. We are a friendly service looking for Mental Health Nurses looking to help drive forward the opening of our new wards with fresh ideas and enthusiasm willing to work as part of our amazing team. Along with the usual benefits like your Birthday off and extensive career development pathways, free parking and free meals on shift, we also like to treat our nurses to a massage free of charge twice a year from our holistic care specialist - book your slot and take a break on us to really relax. We have our "Feel Good Friday" on the first Friday of every month where our lovely canteen staff hand out bacon sandwiches free of charge to our dedicated team. In line with our rehab environment goals we have an in-house coffee shop every other Friday run by patients and supported by staff where you can purchase a coffee and cake on the ward.
Shifts : Ideally we are looking for nurses looking for a full time role and happy to work within a mixed shift pattern however we appreciate that this isn't what works for everyone - why not tell us what you're looking for and we can see if we can accommodate it for you, we can consider part time hours and full time we can also look to accommodate a mainly days or nights shift pattern.
