SEN Teaching Assistant required within the Cheltenham area to start ASAP offering GBP65 - GBP75 per day

Your new 'Outstanding' primary school in Cheltenham that aim to develop young people with active and creative minds work together in order to maintain a happy and caring ethos in which their children can achieve high standards of successful learning, are now looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant. This primary school provide an exciting and relevant curriculum which motivates the children to learn collaboratively and independently.
Your new primary teacher job
In your new job you will teaching small intervention groups as well as working on a 1:2:1 basis. You will be expected to deliver cover to a high standard, upholding the school ethos. Working full time having a passion for teaching and good behaviour management, including an extensive background and experience working with children that have special educational needs. You must hold recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant within the last 5 years to be suitable for this role.
What you'll need to succeed
This job requires either a fully qualified teaching assistant or an unqualified teaching assistant that has recent teaching experience within a primary school setting. In your new primary teaching job you must have recent experience ideally in Behaviour and SEND. It is important that you have a strong knowledge of the current curriculum and will be able to deliver assistance at ease. You will need to have a passion about teaching and go above and beyond in your new role within this 'Outstanding' primary school. SEN and Behavioural experience is essential in this role it can vary with the different groups you will be working with.
