Attega Group are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (RMN) for one of our highly reputable Award-Winning clients Nursing home based in Fareham Close to local Amenities and local transport with free parking on site. This Nursing home is a warm and homely environment for all residents and staff.
You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with and up to date NMC PIN. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience within Mental Health Settings.
The nursing home accommodates Dementia, Mental Health and and residential care for 45 elderly residents.
The ideal nurse will be an advocate for delivering person centred care in partnership with residents and their families. They will ensure the choices and rights of the residents are always the focus and ensure that residents feel at home and respect they are working with the resident's home environment.
