The Job
* Join as a maintenance engineer
* Assisting the engineering manager in the maintenance programme including training and carrying out routine and planned maintenance
* Maintain and repair all production machinery
* Working on plant improvements and advise on how to improve productivity
* Carry out installation work on all factory equipment and services
* MUST be flexible to travel to other sites when necessary
* Based from their superb Crumpsall site
About You
* Ideally have some experience working within factory maintenance and electrical competency for machine installation and fault finding
* Must have proven pneumatic skills
* Must be experienced in general engineering equipment, lathe, miller welding equipment etc
* Must be able to work under pressure with excellent organisation skills
* Must have excellent communication and IT skills and be a team player
* Having experience within packaging, food or manufacturing industries would be an advantage
* A mechanical engineering or electrical engineering degree or similar would be advantageous
* MUST have a full Uk driving license
