My client is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team growing team, They would consider either an experienced Solicitor, a Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer.
Residential Conveyancer: Essential Requirements
Essential:
- Sale & Purchase
- Organising network events
- Transfer Equity
- Newbuilds
- Shared Ownership
Full time 9.00 - 5.15 Monday to Friday
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Monthly bonus day scheme
- Discretionary financial bonus scheme on fees above target
- Workplace pension
- Ability for some work from home
- ALB Case management system
- IT and Technical designated helpdesk
- Full time legal assistant support plus ability to outsource digital dictation
- Post completion department ready set up
• Handling caseloads relating to residential conveyancing transactions;
• Dealing with Purchase, Transfer, Re Mortgage and Sale transactions;
• Liaison with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors
• Be able to generate your own referrals in order to create your own client base and generate further work for the firm;
• Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills required
