Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for Fraud Analysts to work for one of our very reputable outsourcers based in Milton Keynes. Our client is a market leader in their industry and offer a range of financial services to a number of high profile banks and financial institutions across the globe; due to expansion they are now looking for talented and experienced individuals to join their fraud advisors team. Based in the Caldecott area,
Role outline
Taking inbound calls from customers who feel their account has been subject to fraudulent activity
Making outbound calls to account holders you feel may have had some type of fraudulent activity occur on their card
Spotting anomalies in data which could be a sign of fraud
Establishing with clients their spending history and patterns
Package
Competitive salary with a number of benefits!
Working 38.5 hours on a rota basis. 3 days on 3 days off. Must be available Monday - Sunday between 8am - 8pm.
Requirements
Previous fraud experience preferable but not essential
Call centre experience is extremely beneficial
Logical and analytical thinker
Ability to solve complex problems and spot trends and patterns in data
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional communication skills
Degree preferable but not essential
