The Role
This fast moving manufacturing business is looking for a Facilities Engineering Technician (Electrical bias) to support and maintain all production, plant and ancillary equipment in order to ensure reliability through a proactive approach to maintenance. Your key tasks will include (but not be limited to the following):
Performing perioding maintenance checks on all equipment
Reviewing and analysing data to identify areas of improvement
Responding to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
Ensuring the maintenance management system is updated for data collection and auditing
Supporting the introduction of new equipment including training, installation and commissioning
Managing contractors whilst onsiteThe shift pattern for the role is Week 1, 6am to 2pm and Week 2, 2pm to 10pm

As one of their Facilities Engineering Technicians you'll need to have experience of a similar role along with a recognised apprenticeship. Any experience of BMS Control and / or PUWER would certainly hold you in good stead.

As a Facilities Engineering Technician you'll receive a salary of up to GBP46,480 plus benefits.
