Customer Service Advisor

The Sigma Financial Group, is an award-winning provider of outsource services to clients across both the Utilities, financial services and retail industries. Due to an exciting new opportunity we are looking to grow our team of Customer Service advisors to be based at amazing offices in Solihull.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

You'll be working in Financial Services talking to customers who have credit accounts with various retailers. The queries you will get will be wide and varied, you wont ever have a dull day!

Questions will range from simple balance and payment requests, application and in store queries from retailers to more complex refund and investigations. You'll love multitasking and be able to switch between different call types.

You'll welcome feedback on a range of your calls and use constructive comments to help grow and develop as an advisor.

You'll enjoy a challenge and won't be put of by more complex calls. You'll be a strong individual that thrives under pressure and strive towards customer excellence on every contact.

You're happy to be accountable for your own work and enjoy using your own initiative and ideas to solve more complex queries. You're confident and assured and know you can deliver fantastic customer service on each and every call!

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

• We're looking for people with great communication skills and listening skills, which you can demonstrate from any previous Customer Service roles.
• Someone who loves working and interacting with people in a fun, fast paced environment
• Has great communication skills, and can get the best from every situation
• Loves learning, and takes every opportunity to have feedback and use it to improve
• Enjoys the challenge of working to targets and seeing your performance improve
• Is comfortable using a PC and speaking over the phone

Hours of work are between 7:30am to 8:00pm over a rotating shift pattern Monday to Sunday.
